Raised in New York, the four-piece pile on the pop-noir aesthetics with creeping instrumentation creating room for a cut-glass vocal performance from their shadowy frontwoman to shine. They're all keeping their identities masked for now actually, with no names given or faces shown, but 'Girls Your Age' tells us enough to know these spectral minimalists are going to make some serious waves. - DC
